How to post a job on Jooble
- Log in to your Employer account
In case you do not have the account yet, you need to sign up as an Employer. Detailed information about it can be found in the article "How to sign up as an Employer?"
- Click "Post a job" button.
When inside your Employer account, click one of the "Post a job" buttons.
You can also create your first vacancy during registration. In this case, you start describing your vacancy at this stage.
Description of the vacancy
- Enter the title of the vacancy and its location.
The title of the job should be accurate without any kind of clarification. It would be a good idea to make a few search queries of the same vacancy as a job seeker.
Specify in the "City /Region" field:
"Remote" - if the vacancy implies work from home.
"Abroad" - if you are looking for an employee to work abroad.
- Specify the amount of salary and the type of job.
These fields are optional, but such information may encourage a job seeker to reply to the job offer faster. The more information on the details of the job is provided, the easier it will be for the interested candidate to apply for that job.
No more than two types of job can be specified.
"Part-time" implies work on a part-time basis, from 4 to 6 hours a day, for example.
"Temporary work" involves seasonal work, when workers are needed for a certain period of harvesting, for example, work on a project, or any other temporary work.
- Give a detailed description of your job offer.
At this stage, you should specify job requirements, working conditions and responsibilities of the job. We also recommend you to tell a little about the company you represent and its activities.
This will help you to avoid further clarification and receive responses from the most relevant candidates.
- Ask a question to the candidate
These questions and your desired answers will allow you to receive replies only from relevant candidates
that meet your expectations.
Once the questions are chosen, you will be able to specify the desirable way of responding to the vacancy: Resume or Contact details.
This step can be useful if you are not interested in having an applicant send you resume.
After you fill in all the necessary information on the vacancy, you will be able to review the job details just to make sure everything is correct.
If everything is okay, click the "Publish" button.
After that, you will choose between Regular and Premium job posting.
Further, your vacancy goes for moderation by our specialists and, if confirmed, it will be published on our site.
Also, you can monitor the status of the vacancy in your account.
Typically, the moderation process takes up to 10-15 minutes during business hours, at the time of heavy workload it can take up to 1 hour though.
