We understand that you may have questions about what to do next. So we'd like to give you some tips on how to handle these situations:
- Be proactive. After the interview, if the hiring manager asks if there is anything else you would like to know, try asking the recruiter, "When will I hear back from you?" or "How long will it take to fill this position?" Then thank the recruiter and say that you will be waiting for an answer.
- Remind them about you. After each interview, you can email the recruiter within 24 hours to thank him/her for the interview. You are sure to be remembered.
- Try another way. Call or write your manager in a messenger.
Please do not think that you are not contacted after the interview because you failed. Hiring managers may not communicate a candidate's status for a variety of reasons.
The job search is a difficult journey. Don't get discouraged and keep looking! Therefore, we have created tools that will help you in search for the perfect job.
