Your satisfaction and convenience when using the Jooble platform are our top priorities. We understand that the payment process is an important step, which is why we have created this article to help you resolve any issues that may occur while purchasing our services with a credit card.
At Jooble, we use two payment systems, Paymentwall and Stripe, to ensure secure and reliable transactions between us and the customer's bank. Although rare, errors can occasionally occur. If this happens, we are ready to assist you in resolving the issue.
Error Types and Recommendations – Stripe Payment System
- Authentication required: Check if you are receiving an SMS to authorize the transaction, as the method may vary depending on the bank (often related to 3D Secure verification). If an error occurs, try to complete the payment again, following all steps carefully.
- Approve with ID: The payment was not authorized. Try repeating the operation. In case of a repeated error, contact your bank or use another card.
- Contact issuer: Verify with the card-issuing bank the specific reason for the refusal.
- Card not supported: This card does not support this type of transaction. Please try using another one.
- Maximum transaction limit exceeded: Check your available balance or your limit for online transactions and try the payment again.
- Currency not supported: Verify whether payments can be made in the currency indicated on the payment page. Contact your bank to authorize the required currency or use another card.
- Do not try again: The transaction has been blocked without a specific reason. Contact the issuing bank for more details.
- Expired card: The card has expired. Please try with another valid card.
- Incorrect data (Number / CVC / PIN / ZIP / Expiry date): Carefully enter the card number, CVV/CVC code, ZIP code, and expiry date, then retry the payment.
- Lost / blocked / stolen / restricted card: Contact the issuing bank for more information regarding the block.
- PIN attempts exceeded: Try making the payment with another card or contact your bank to reset the security code.
- Processing error: This is a temporary problem. Please try making the payment again later.
Error Types and Recommendations – Paymentwall Payment System
- Check card number and retry: Make sure you have entered the card number correctly. Only the cardholder can provide this information, so verify it directly with them.
- Transaction declined. Use another card or contact bank: This error may indicate limits or generic issues with the card. We recommend contacting your bank or using another payment method.
- Missing or invalid card number: Double-check that the entered number is correct.
- Transaction declined due to a failed 3DS verification: Check the 3D Secure verification code sent by your bank and try again. This may depend on strict bank security measures.
- Customer not authorized for payment: This error might indicate that Paymentwall has blocked the payment due to suspicious activity. Contact your bank or Paymentwall support to resolve the issue.
- Invalid security token: Verify that you have correctly entered the card identifier and retry the transaction.
