Once the Employer Account is registered and its corporate email is verified, the confirmation email arrives. It may take up to 5 minutes for the confirmation letter to arrive.
In case you haven't received a confirmation letter, make sure:
- you logged in to the right email address;
- you checked "Spam" and all the other folders of your mailbox.
If you take all the steps but without success, send another letter by clicking "Resend confirmation email"
Make sure your corporate email is spelled correctly before sending another confirmation email
In case you sent the confirmation letter for the second time and still cannot find it in your mailbox, please contact us via portal from your corporate email address.
In the email, specify your request and provide ID of your Employer Account (It can be found in the upper right corner of your account).
