How to post a job

  • Log in to your Employer account

If you don't have an account yet, you will need to sign up as an Employer. You can find detailed instructions on how to create an account in our dedicated article.

  • Click "Post a jobbutton.

Once you're inside your Employer account, locate and click on the "Post a job" button..

You can also create your first vacancy during registration. In this case, you start describing your vacancy at this stage.

Description of the vacancy

  • Enter the title of the vacancy and its location.
The title of the job should be accurate without any kind of clarification. It is a good idea to conduct a few searches for the same vacancy as a job seeker.

Specify in the "City/Region" field: "Remote" if the job requires working from home. "Abroad" if you are looking for an employee to work abroad.
  • Indicate the salary and the type of job.

These fields are optional, but such information may encourage a job seeker to reply to the job offer faster. A detailed and thorough job description will likely attract more qualified candidates to apply for the position.

You can specify only 1 type of employment. "Part-time" refers to working half of a full workday, for example, 4 or 6 hours per day. "Temporary work" refers to work that is required for a specific period of time, such as harvesting, working on a project, or any other temporary work.
  • Give a detailed description of your job offer.

At this stage, you should specify job requirements, working conditions and responsibilities of the job. We also recommend you to tell a little about the company you represent and its activities.

This will help you to avoid further clarification and receive responses from the most relevant candidates.

If you encounter an issue with description text disappearing while you type it in, you might want to check if the google translator is turned on for this page. It is highly recommended to turn it off to avoid interference.
  • Ask the candidate additional questions.

By selecting these questions and preferred responses, you can ensure receiving feedback only from relevant candidates that meet your expectations.

Once the questions are chosen, you will be able to specify the desirable way of responding to the vacancy: Resume or Contact details.

This step is particularly helpful if you don't wish to receive resumes from applicants.

After you fill in all the necessary information on the vacancy, you will be able to review the job details just to make sure everything is correct.

If everything is okay, click the "Publish" button. After that, you can choose between Regular and Premium job posting.

Your vacancy will now be screened by our specialists and, once approved, it will be posted on the website.

Also, you can monitor the status of the vacancy in your account.

Typically, the moderation process takes up to 10–15 minutes during business hours, but when there is a heavy workload, it can take up to an hour.
